SAP Retail Planning and Execution

As a leader in consumer industries enterprise software, SAP is constantly finding areas for improvement within this space. Part of the Innovation Center Network based out of Newport Beach in California, the Consumer Industries Cloud team is working on developing a new retail planning and execution product to better connect consumer goods companies and retailers. This has been an ongoing effort since August 2020, fueled by over 200+ hrs of user interviews. I was the sole designer on this team and led the

UX direction including market research and competitive analysis, ultimately resulting in an MVP proof of concept. We began testing this concept with large players in the consumer goods industry, taking the product from conceptual wireframes to an Alpha Release in April 2021. I've been responsible for defining the product vision and executing against our roadmap, working in close collaboration with our Product Owner and Development team.

I led a global design team of 7 designers in 3+ timezones, hosted over 18 design thinking workshops (totaling 40+ hours) with major customers in the CPG space, and led the end-to-end flow for the product. I championed our UX research plan and led over 100+ hours of user interviews.
